A DPS is an electronic system which suppliers can join at any time during its lifetime. The DPS is a two-stage process. First, in the initial setup stage, all suppliers who meet the selection criteria are admitted to the DPS. Individual contracts are awarded during the second stage. In this stage, the contracting authority authority invites all suppliers on the DPS (or the relevant category within the DPS) to bid for the specific contract. Dynamic procurement system is opened to join throughout the procurement timeline.
